After successfully building our network and expertise in the hedge fund industry, in 2007 we began to strategically grow our business into related verticals within the alternative investment universe. Through client referrals and buy-side candidate relationships, we successfully expanded our presence into the private equity industry and began to help our clients fill roles outside of the core investment functions. Today, we are one of the preeminent search firms in the alternative investments industry, with a prestigious portfolio of hedge fund, private equity, family office and corporate clients.

We have aligned ourselves with a select group of private equity firms to ensure that our team adds value to their pre-MBA recruiting processes. Our clients include leveraged buyout, growth equity, mezzanine, distressed, and merchant banking firms. They vary in size, structure, and industry focus. Dynamics’ work extends outside of the investment community

We are proud to support Uncommon Schools, a nonprofit network of public charter schools in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

Uncommon Schools was founded in 2005, with the mission to start and manage outstanding urban charter public schools that close the achievement gap and prepare low-income students to graduate from college. The Uncommon network now includes 52 schools, and services 18,000 students in grades K-12.

Dynamics Search Partners first began working with New York-based Uncommon Schools back in 2013 with the goal of creating an on-going and meaningful platform for DSP to assist students in learning tactical and practical skills that will help them achieve success in college and beyond. Through hands-on workshops and fundraising events, DSP has been able to support Uncommon both practically and financially.
